About Me

As a psychotherapist and creative arts therapist with over 25 years of experience, I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced childhood trauma. My approach is integrative, combining talk therapy with creative arts modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

I understand that expressing feelings through words can sometimes be difficult. That's why I incorporate creative arts therapy—offering powerful, alternative outlets for emotional expression. Whether through drama, art, or other forms of creative exploration, these therapies provide a meaningful way to process emotions, build resilience, and foster personal growth.

If you're seeking a compassionate, personalized therapeutic experience, I'm here to support you on your healing journey.

Helping Children and Teens Through Creative Arts Therapy

Children and teens often need a safe, supportive space to explore and process their emotions. I combine talk therapy with creative arts therapies to create an engaging and interactive experience that helps them work through emotional challenges.

Creative arts therapies offer a unique and powerful way for individuals to express emotions when words fall short. Through this approach, your child can build emotional resilience, express their feelings more freely, and develop effective strategies for managing anxiety and stress.

Supporting Adults Overcoming Childhood Trauma

"If you've experienced childhood trauma and are struggling with anxiety or depression, my attachment-based approach can offer a healing path. I provide a safe, compassionate environment where we can explore and release old patterns that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential. Together, we'll work on developing coping skills and building resilience, empowering you to not just survive but thrive."
